Stefani made a system for a fruit and vegetable storage and distribution centre in the south of France, at Nefiach. The system, which has a cold store for fruit, uses an evaporator with low-speed fans to control the flow of air and humidity. This solution guarantees suitable working conditions for storing peaches, which need a lot of air otherwise there is the risk of their being damaged.
