In preservation there are packed products, frozen products and fresh products that breathe. There is a significant difference in their needs. For fresh products we adopt commercial refrigeration solutions that maintain the organoleptic qualities of the breathing product unchanged over time: temperature, humidity and an adequate number of recycles in the cold cells. Another aspect in which we are proactive is the adoption of technological solutions using natural chilling fluids such as CO2 and glycol.
