Stainless steel heat exchange finned coils: Chillventa according to Stefani

Stainless steel heat exchange finned coils will be the main attraction at Stefani’s booth at Chillventa, the main international trade fair for the cooling and refrigeration market.

Heat exchange using stainless steel is one of the main topics of Stefani’s recent production, since the company has developed a wide range of heat exchangers that can satisfy every application requirement- cold stores, the food industry, banana ripening warehouses, greenhouse conditioning, meat and fish processing areas, cooling tunnels, industrial processes or the chemical industry.

These new heat exchange finned coils are made from AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel, and feature stainless steel or aluminium brackets and frames as well as aluminium fins. According to customers’ needs, finned coils can be used with conventional HFC or glycol refrigerants or alternatively, they can be designed and built to work using ammonia, a natural refrigerant with many operating and environmental advantages.

The heat exchange finned coils with stainless steel tubes developed by Stefani include the following tube configurations: 50 x 50, 60 x 30 and 60 x 60, while the fin spacings can be from 1.8 to 12 mm, 4, 7, 10 and 12 mm in order to ensure the ideal solution for every application: from the ventilation of cold rooms or work areas, to freezing tunnels and industrial processes.

Stainless steel heat exchange finned coils can undergo surface treatments to increase their resistance to corrosion, for example through the use of pre-painted fins, cataphoresis, different spray and immersion coating treatments.

Therefore, you have an appointment for 14th October in Nuremberg, where, at booth 409, pavilion 5 of Chillventa, Stefani will present its range of stainless steel heat exchange finned coils together with the entire range of ventilated units equipped with this type of finned coils.
